It’s not often that you stumble across an idea that makes you stop and think. The Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket, redesigned by M.C. Corley to look like a classic Penguin Book is in fact one of these moments. His re-interpretation of the brilliant 60’s Penguin Classics Design is in reality a matter of an astonishing dissaray to any book designer. Apart from redoing them he has elegantly given to the chronicles of the Baudelairian siblings an elemental sense of existence. Don’t judge a book by its cover? Think again!
